Key job requirements.

1)    Gain a complete understanding of BPS’s products and services and the applications of the products to be able to talk intelligently to customers.
2)    Introduce BPS companies to all potential customers and obtain inclusion on their vendor’s list for all projects they are executing. Maintain regular contact with such customers.
      3)    Introduce BPS companies to all end users in China (Typically Oil companies and power utilities) and obtain inclusion on their vendor’s list forall projects they are constructing.
4)   Make technical presentations to piping engineers and other interested personnel within the customer base to make them aware of the benefits of BPS products and design software with the aim of Banon specified.
5)   Obtain RFQs from potential customers and relay all necessary information to BPS to enable a fully complying bid to be submitted.
6)   Follow up quotations and obtain information as to the standing of BPS’s offers and the competitor’s. Convert such bids into contract awards.
7)   Feed back to BPS all known information on projects being executed and bid by customers in the territory, this information will be distributed to other sales areas when more than one country is involved in a project.
8)   Provide technical assistance to customer’s engineers.
9)   Understand thee ngineering service provided by Banon in the market and ensure all customers are aware of this service and using it as frequently as possible.
10) Liase with BPS’s partner in China on all engineering jobs being undertaken and progress them to ensure satisfactory completion.
11) Be aware of, by contact with BPS, the progress on contracts and keep customers informed of any problems.
12) Visit customers to discuss and resolve any problems they may have with BPS and or its products.
13) When necessary assist Banon’s finance department to collect outstanding debts from customers.
14) Report weekly to BPS on all visits and discussions with customers and the status of outstanding offers.

Key job requirements.

Manage the Engineering and drawing office which will:

 

1) Read and understand the technical requirements of each contract.

2) Carry out any necessary design work required by the contract, either in China or by reference to overseas.

3) Maintain a register of all customer’s and BPS’s drawings related to each contract.

4) Prepare and check all drawings,either in China or Thailand, required by the customer and Production department.

5) Issue drawings to customer and Production department.

6) At all times ensure that the whole department is working in accordance with the Company QA programme.

7) At bid stage provide Engineering assistance to Estimating Departments as requested.

8) Receive contract details from Contracts Departments,determine Engineering requirements.

9) Carry out engineering requirements of contracts.

10) Carry out engineering as required for product development.

11)Working from customer’s information that can vary in format from coded paperwork information, Isometrics of piping, piping lay out drawings and building steelwork, 3D model of power plant or petro-chemical refinery, design the pipe supporting system.

12)Oversee and check the drawings by drawing office.

13)Visit sites to carry out surveys of existing support systems and write report on condition and recommendations for remedial work on the hangers.

 

Job requirements

4) Very good organisational skills.

5) Considerable domestic and overseastravel may be required.
